Hypnosis CD is helping so much

I read an article by Hypnotherapist Sharon Shinwell on the Soberistas website. She talks about how hypnotherapy can help with alcohol addiction. I don't think I am an alcoholic but I know I drink far too much. I have done some research before into hypnosis but it was too expensive. Sharon produces a CD called Stop binge drinking. I got the download and have been using it for just over a week. I know it's early days but I haven't had a drink since.

wow.. really? i bet this could be a lot of help to all alcoholics. how are you doing nowadays, any progress?
