I drink everyday and have done for 7 years. Just recently I am drinking a litre of Vodka about every 2 days.
I now need to get myself sorted as my drinking is affecting my family. How long do you think I will need help for?

4 weeks should do it. One week detox, 3 weeks 12 step. Easy, Good Luck.

Everyone is different. 4 weeks could possibly do it, but depending on how addictive your personality is, it could be 6, 8, or 12 weeks. Who knows???????
