Sleeping pills & insomnia

Hi there,

I cannot sleep. My wife gets prescribed Zopiclone and I am always fighting with myself to not ask her for some since it makes her short until the next prescription. I tried going onto Sominex, but I have run out and am broke. I have suffered with insomnia for 3 years now. I can't sleep without sleeping pills. Right now I have quit smoking and it's day 7. One of the side effects of that is yet more insomnia. Do you folks have any tips on how to deal with sleeping pill addiction? After being dependent on them for a long time, the cravings are intense when I'm this sleepless and this feels like it never ends. Thanks in advance.

Hi mate I’m in a similar position and looking at cbd oil. I think the paste type stuff on line is a better quality so have a look. I used it ages ago and I slept. Malanotanin sleeping pills are meant to be helpful. I can’t find that on line.
