Been clean for 3 years, actually nearly 4 now. I know what it's like when your bang on it, everyone's your friend, everyone is buzzing making money, running their own business's and the thought of getting clean is not even an option. It's your life.
Well if you get a chance, maybe tonight as your laying in bed as you are buzzing. Think about life before your addiction, the way things use to be. Take the first step. Make a call to someone who can help. I did it and I promise it was worth it. Cheers.

First off congratulations on your clean time.you should be feeling real proud after all its probably the hardest thing you've ever done.just never forget there will be times when situations occur and temptation lingers, you know this anyway just don't make the same mistake I did I was nearly 15 years clean and sober thought I had it beat and now I'm back on opiates (prescription drugs) and trying to quit.well done again hopefully soon I will be clean again.

I can't tell you how comforting it is to know that it is possible to be free of the addiction of drugs, my wife and I are preparing for our detox. We have got an 11 day subutex supply which I have done before, was fine into detox but at end was a nightmare, can you or someone please advise the best ways to get through the day's, weeks after the course is finished, meetings have never been attractive to me but they do seem to be a common denominator in the success rate, I don't want to end up like the old lady that swallowed a fly and am thinking about booking an all inclusive abroad for a week on the last 2 days of detox so we do not have the need to cook shop ect, any advice will be gratefully received, Mr & Mrs Hopefull
